Sept 3rd: Tangy Chicken Salads & Veggies Plates, Shredded Brussels & Peach Salad

So, tried and true dishes this week!

TANGY CHICKEN… This Tangy Chicken recipe is phenomenal, and we have to give credit to CleanFood Crush.

This week, we made a bunch of it to put over salads, and to plate with veggies and sweet potatoes.

Incredibly easy and diverse. We have also made tacos with it and put it over baked potatoes!

SHREDDED BRUSSELS… AND, Blue Cheese, which we forgot all together. We didn’t even buy it later in the week, but it would be a great addition.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts is a good twist on a salad (something different), and then we added fresh peaches & pecans. From there, we had different combinations and finished with a balsamic glaze. The glaze brought the peaches to life! It was like peach pie!
