Sept 24th: Strawberry & Balsamic Chicken, Veggie Power Bowls, Beef Stew

Woooo, you might see some crazy in this video as we’re still wrapping up moving into the new house.

BUT, I did manage to find some pretty amazing recipes that we tweaked a bit. The chicken one is a MUST TRY!!

STRAWBERRY & BALSAMIC CHICKEN… Any incredible combination here! Find an all-natural strawberry jam or preserve and mix in balsamic vinegar to glaze chicken breasts to perfection. Topped with fresh basil and goat cheese, this dish has a phenomenal classic balsamic reduction with a hint of strawberry sweetness.

VEGGIE BOWLS… Here’s a veggie power bowl with some unique flavors that will power you up after lunch! The Brussels sprouts are roasted with Adobo sauce and the butternut squash is roasted in smoked paprika. A little heat and sweetness over some quinoa with a homemade honey Dijon dressing. Truly, a tasty combination to power you up!

STEW… The first day of Fall deserves a good stew. This is truly a simple all in one crockpot stew. Add all the ingredients and cook for 4 hours, and BOOM, you got a classic beef and sweet potato stew.
