Oct 1: Ginger Pork Rice, Chicken Shawarma, Turkey & Butternut Squash Stew

Well, very long story short, we have no dishwasher and are still on the journey to get it installed.

So, we tried to cook all the meals with the same skillet, but interestingly enough instead, we cooked each meal with a different one: one skillet, one pan, and one pot.

This allows you to work on all three meals at once, and it worked out well!

GINGER PORK… Treat yourself to this amazing dish for lunch at work! Stack micro greens, shredded carrots, cukes, and a fresh mix of basil, mint, and parsley on top of ground ginger pork and jasmine rice. Good energy for your afternoon!

CHICKEN SHAWARMA… The chicken in this dish has an amazing cumin & turmeric flavor especially after you broil it in the end to get the crispy edges. Load a pita up with roasted peppers and red onions along with fresh cukes, tomatoes, and a Greek yogurt sauce. YUM!

TURKEY & BUTTERNUT STEW… A simple ONE POT stew that makes about 4-5 servings, but can be adjusted easily to make more servings. Ground turkey and butternut squash along with a lot of veggies and spices, plus a hint of cinnamon. Very tasty for a fall day!

ENJOY!
