Oct 29: Butternut Sausage Pasta, Teriyaki Turkey Patties, Bison Chili

Our goal is simple meals. And, we’re gonna focus on simple for awhile as we head into the holidays, because we know your schedules are about to get filled up!

So, let’s work on minimizing your time in the kitchen while also getting healthy meals.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH PASTA… Probably the hardest dish of the three to make only because you roast the butternut squash and boil the pasta separate, BUT afterwards, you assemble and cook everything together in a large skillet. AND, WOW! This was delicious!

TERIYAKI TURKEY PATTIES… Another one of our all time favs, and we were surprised not to have it in the app already. Prepare the turkey patties and cook in a basic homemade teriyaki sauce and pair with a big serving of stir fry veggies!

OH SO GOOD BISON CHILI… An amazing lean dish with all whole ingredients. No high sodium packets, just tomatoes, peppers, beans, bison, and some spices. A cup of red wine brings in a lot of flavor, but can be substituted with beef broth, too.
