Dec 3: Thai Buddha Bowl, Tomato Basil Chicken, Korean Steak Bites

We are believers in cooking food at home with whole ingredients and healthy portions.

In November, we challenged ourselves NOT to eat out. We had our prepped meals and made some extra dishes for the weekend.

Just focusing on eating our meals from the app, I lost 8 lbs… and only with a handful of workouts, too.

Amy lost over 10 lbs, but she was incorporating some other changes as well.

Eating healthy should not be stressful… and we hope our app continues to help you!

Thai Peanut Buddha Bowl… What makes a Buddha Bowl? Typically, 50% veggies, 25% grains, 20% protein (either meat or plant-based) with 5% herbs, toppings, or an amazing dressing. We found an awesome Peanut dressing!

Basil Tomato Chicken w/Spaghetti Squash… A delicious and fresh creamy tomato basil sauce with spinach and chicken over spaghetti squash. Spaghetti Squash is a great alternative to pasta.

Korean Steak Bites & Stir Fry Veggies… A terrific sweet flavored flank steak over crispy stir fry veggies. An easy dish to whip up for you or a large family!
