Jan 21: Spicy Chicken Salad Bowl, Bison Patties, Italian Veggies & Sausage

Amy is in the kitchen today to preach MORE VEGGIES, y’all!

We feel it’s time to get back into the regimented saddle of protein and veggies. Honestly, if you focus on these two items, your body will love you.

Spicy Chicken Salad Bowl… An amazing nutrient-dense salad that will make your taste buds go WOW! We loved this dish. The chicken has a unique middle-eastern flavor (lemon, paprika, cinnamon) served over quinoa with a field greens salad. Add your fav salad dressing and enjoy!!

Bison Patty & Veggies… A truly simple meal that allows you to easily track your protein and veggies. Ground bison is combined with simple ingredients (Dijon and Worcestershire sauce). It’s grilled up and paired with roasted butternut squash, brussels, and sweet potatoes.

Italian Veggies & Chicken Sausage… An amazingly simple dish that you can bulk up with more or less protein and veggies OR in quantity for a big family!!

Chop and mix the ingredients with spices and bake for 30 minutes. That’s it!
