This week’s recipes have some quick sauces, glazes, and dressings, but they definitely bring out all the flavors for each meal. We loved making these as much as eating them! ENJOY!
Dijon Pork & Lemon Kale Orzo Salad (GF)… Kick off this dish with an amazing dry rub on the pork loin followed by a sweet Dijon glaze. We paired this with a light & lemony Spinach/Kale & Orzo salad along with a Dijon dipping sauce. This is a must try!
Feta & Basil Salmon Quinoa Salad (GF)… Here’s a simple, yet exciting salad. Bake the wild salmon with a little olive oil, garlic, and lemon. Garnish with feta and basil over quinoa and a simple salad. Top it with your favorite salad dressing and enjoy!
Chipotle Pineapple Chicken & Ginger Edamame Slaw (GF)… Oooo, this is a nice spicy chipotle sauce to baste the chicken and bring out the flavors on the grill! Just make sure you remember to pull them off! Ours got a lot of charring (or flavor, as Amy likes to say) We paired this with an amazing Sesame Ginger edamame slaw…along with a tangy chili dipping sauce! YUM!!
