Amy is in town this week telling y’all about these amazing recipes!
You’ll noticed that we made our own SAUCE and DRESSING for two of these recipes, but of course, if you are pressed for time, feel free to buy premade! You’re already ahead of the game making whole food at home, but do check those nutrition labels!
This week recipes are:
Sirloin Meatballs & Italian Green Sauce… THIS is what pesto dreams are made of… this sauce is fun to make and tastes incredible! Probably because I used real anchovies! Poured over a simple ground sirloin meatball, it will be a party in your mouth. Of course you can leave them out, or buy your fav pesto sauce, too. We paired it with Jasmine rice and roasted green beans.
Mediterranean Turkey Bowls (GF)… These turkey burgers are loaded with parsley, garlic, and feta cheese. Grill them up or pan-fry them to perfection and serve on a bed of field greens, red onions, tomatoes, and mozzarella balls! We include a home-made Italian dressing, or you can use your fav!
Chicken Pineapple Salad (GF)… Anything can make a chicken salad! Season and bake your chicken with your favorite spices, and then add some veggies, something sweet, like dried or real fruit, a nut, and then a dressing. We used broccoli slaw with jalapeno, pineapple, and we each choose our fav salad dressing!
