BUT, cooking for you helps us to be accountable, and we certainly hope we help to keep you accountable as well. And with that, we have two one skillet recipes along with a slow cooker recipe to keep this week eeeeeeasy.
Italian Chicken Sausage & Orzo… An unbelievable ONE skillet dish that is easy to make and easy to customize! Add any veggies you like to this one! We kept it simple with tomatoes & spinach! High in carbs!
Lemon Parmesan Chicken & Veggies (GF)… Our fav for this week. A great ONE skillet dish (aside from the rice which can cook while you make this) that will sure to please everyone! Get your protein flavored with lemon & Parmesan packed with veggies, like zucchini and squash! We served it over Jasmine rice!
Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli (GF)… Throw is all in the slow cooker to roast on LOW all day… and when you get home, add your broccoli for 30 minutes. Done! Serve it alone or over rice!
