Coconut Crusted Cod & Green Beans… A super fancy dish to treat yourself or company with that is truly easy to make. While your sauce is reducing, get the fish coated in panko and shredded coconut, fry up, and finish in the oven with your greens beans. Finish up the sauce and garnish the fish with some microgreens and cilantro…or any of your fav herbs!

Turkey Egg Roll Bowl (GF)… A one skillet power dish of protein and complex carbs with a nice sweet and hot sauce made with sriracha and tamari!

Toasted Orzo & Chicken Harvest Bowl… Ooo, this has got to be the recipe of the week here. All the flavors complement each other from the fresh thyme to the sweet butternut squash. Highly recommend you make this one as it gets a little colder outside!
