
BUSY WEEKEND FOR US, so we had to PLAN! We pulled recipes from our own Recipe Database, and cooked during the week!
We remained successful by PICKING RECIPES for the week, SHOPPING for ingredients on Sunday, and saving time by having everything ready for us to COOK during the week.
Instead of PREPPING food, we PLANNED!
Grilled Chicken & Veggie Boxes (GF)… A truly simple, but exciting dish that I always look forward to eating. I love combinations like this. You can either grill chicken breasts or buy pre-cooked grilled chicken and save even more time! This is a great dish that you can make your own!
Italian Chicken Sausage & Orzo… An unbelievable ONE skillet dish that is easy to make and easy to customize! Add any veggies you like to this one! We kept it simple with tomatoes & spinach! High in carbs!
Steak Salad w/Pecans & Blue Cheese (GF)… Wow! I can’t wait for you to taste this steak marinade Amy found!! Along with your steak, add some healthy fats from Pecans and Blue Cheese, or leave them off! Feel free to make it your own with your fav toppings instead.
