Loaded Veggie Shrimp Pad Thai (GF)… Wow. I mean wow! This is loaded with zucchini and yellow squash, but you would never know. They cooked down nicely with the rice noodles and shrimp. THIS is a keeper in the Favorites Tab!
Blackened Steak w/Parm Sauce & CauliRisotto (GF)… Ooo, a nice treat that is not too decadent! You’ll definitely fool those taste buds with this creamy cauli-risotto served under this amazing blackened steak with a smokey paprika rub. We topped the steak with a Parmesan sauce and paired the dish with broccolini and greens… feel free to pair it with your fav veggies!
Korean-Style Chicken Bowl (GF)… Ground chicken that has simmered in a toasty sesame, honey, & ginger sauce served with purple cabbage, carrots, cucumber and a poached egg. Perfect with some Sriracha!
