Nov 12: Garlic Pork Loin, Bison Rissoles, Turkey Muffins, Stuffed Pepper Soup

Amy was actually on her own today, and she churned out 4 recipes!!

By themselves, they are fairly simple, but to crank these out, she took it slow…mainly because, she was on her own.

I had a trade show to go to, but made it back just in time for the video and to help her with the Stuffed Pepper Soup… which I highly recommend!

GARLIC BALSAMIC PORK LOIN… Super simple dish with a nice simple flavor. It’s cooked in the slow cooker, and then we paired it with rice and steamed broccoli. A great dish you can increase for a large gathering!

BISON RISSOLES… An amazing mix of veggies within lean ground Bison. Served with a slices of Sweet Potato with a hint of coconut oil and paprika and sauteed spinach and beet greens.

TURKEY MUFFINS… Protein-packed muffins made with ground turkey, celery, onion, and a bunch an amazing spices… paired with golden beets and veggies. This is an awesome meal!

STUFFED PEPPER SOUP… A very flavorful tomato soup with ground turkey, red and green bell peppers finished with fresh dill! Topped with Greek yogurt, this soup is simple to make and simply amazing!

ENJOY!
