Dec 31: Salmon w/Dill Sauce & Greek Salsa, Venison Meatballs, Korean Beef Bowls

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Apparently, we took a week off for Christmas, but hopefully, you scoured through our newly categorized Recipe Database for some oldies, but goodies! Now, categorized by Food Types: Breakfast, Beef, Chicken, etc…

No matter if you stayed on track or indulged a little, great job! Now, let’s simply get back to cooking some more amazing meals!

We’ve got some great ones for ya this week!

Salmon w/Dill Sauce & Greek Salsa… Wow! This is an amazing combination of flavors, and fun to make! While your salmon is marinating, you whip up the dill sauce, and chop up your veggies for an amazing Greek Salsa! After baking the fish, drizzle the sauce and salsa on top! YUM!

Venison Meatballs & Veggies… I’ve never had ground venison before, but my sister-in-law was nice enough to give us some along with some other cuts you’ll probably see later. Since venison is SO LEAN, it can dry out quickly, so mixing in minced up mushrooms adds a lot of moisture. They were good!! We paired it with some roasted broccoli and peppers.

Korean Beef Bowls… We brought back a favorite. This is such an amazing and simple dish to make. While the meat is marinating, cook the rice, roast up the sweet potatoes, and poach some eggs. We have a gadget for that in the Kitchen Store! Served over a mixture of field greens baby Bok choy. Don’t forget the Sriracha!
