Feb 11: Bang Bang Salmon, Zucchini Turkey Burgers, Chicken & Veggie Tikka Masala

No real agenda again this week, but to keep the veggies coming!

AND, we have wonderful colors again! Simple dishes this week that you can bulk up for a large gathering.

Bang Bang Wild Salmon (GF)… This is an amazing treat for lunch and will definitely make your coworkers jealous! Sweet wild salmon served with a tangy Bang Bang sauce! We paired it with a Sesame Cucumber salad, sauteed cauliflower rice, and steamed broccoli. Wonderful flavors all coming together for a satisfying and healthy dish.

Zucchini Turkey Burgers & Veggies (GF)… A simple way to get some more veggies in your meal! This is a great blend of grated zucchini, onions, and spices with ground turkey. Grill up and serve with your favorite veggies. We paired with beets, greens, and carrots.

Chicken & Veggies Tikka Masala (GF)… This is a delicious and easy chicken and veggie recipe! After quickly searing the chicken in the frying pan, load up the crockpot and let it do the rest. Simply, add the veggies in towards the end. We served it over Jasmine rice!
