About Me:
I have 23 years in health and wellness including work in public and community health, healing, and coaching track and field youth athletes. Now, I leverage this along with being a creative intuitive, a certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach to provide inspiration, education and resources. My focus is on helping midlife women create a lifestyle that supports their personal vision for an epic life with more wellness, joy and love. I believe we as women must take care of ourselves in body, mind and spirit so we can show up in the world as the ‘sheroes’ we’re here to be.

Are your recipes healthy?

In general, YES. We look for recipes with whole ingredients that are not super high in any macros, like CARBS and FATS. Every recipe has an approximate count of Calories and Macros with a 20% tolerance. Please review the recipe and grocery card before making any meal to determine if it fits into your diet and food sensitivities.

Do you provide meal plans for special dietary needs?

No. We are not Registered Dieticians and the meals we post do not follow any dietary guidelines. We recommend working with a licensed Dietician if you have special dietary needs.

Are your recipes Gluten-Free?

Many of our recipes are gluten-free! AND starting Jan 2024, all recipes are slowly being labelled with a (GF) and (VG) for Vegetarian! Our sources are www.celiac.org and www.healthline.com.

Do you provide Nutrition Coaching?
