Happy New Year, Preppers!
Almost exactly what we made last year at this time. We made the soup and the tangy chicken.
These three dishes are perfect for cooking together. Get the Tangy Chicken marinade simmering, while you prep the onions and chicken for the Tikka Masala. Combine the Tikka Masala ingredients in the slow cooker to finish while putting the Tangy Chicken in the oven.
While those cook, make the soup and your done!

Butternut Squash & Kale Turkey Meatball Soup (GF)… This is how you enjoy Butternut Squash and Kale. I mean, this is an AMAZING soup, and the turkey meatballs give you the protein. A great balance! A MUST TRY!
Chicken & Veggies Tikka Masala (GF)… This is a delicious and easy chicken and veggie recipe! After quickly searing the chicken in the frying pan, load up the crockpot and let it do the rest. Simply, add the veggies in towards the end. We served it over Jasmine rice!
Tangy Chicken (GF)… THIS chicken is so flavorful & perfect for tacos, soups, & salads all week long! Throw some in the oven!
