Jan 12, 2025: Sweet & Orange Shrimp, Greek Chicken, Zucchini Turkey Lasagna

Happy New Year! We’re back, baby!!

And, we have 3 new glorious recipes for you!

We loved all these recipes this week! All of them are super tasty and definitely ones we looked forward to eating which definitely helps!

Our goal is NOT to eat out this month, so not only are we cooking these recipes, but also looking up some favorites to cook later in the week.

Sweet & Orange Shrimp (GF)… The sweet and orange flavor really punches through in this recipe, plus, it’s super simple & quick to make. Get your rice & broccoli going, and then jump on the shrimp. Assemble it all and garnish with some red chili flakes!

Greek Chicken with Lemon Rice (GF)… The rice mixture makes this entire dish come to life! Get the veggies and rice going. Spice up the chicken and fry it, and then use the bits to make an amazing mixture of rice, tomatoes, spinach, & chickpeas. Enjoy!

Zucchini & Turkey Lasagna (GF)… If you love lasagna, let’s make a bit healthier and lower carb. Replace those noodles with sliced zucchini, and find a clean, no added sugar, marinara. We used Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic sauce. Phenomenal!!
